Brian is a founder of Harbor Beach Capital and has over 20 years of investing, merger & acquisition and corporate finance experience. Prior to founding Harbor Beach Capital, Brian served as Managing Director at Sun Capital Partners, a global private equity firm focused on investing in lower and middle market companies. While at Sun Capital, Brian completed over 25 transactions for businesses across multiple industries, including industrial, consumer, retail, services, automotive & heavy-duty, financial services, packaging, chemicals, and healthcare. His investment activities included control buyout transactions, as well as non-control recapitalization transactions. Brian also completed ongoing work with portfolio companies, including the strategic planning, operational reviews, management recruiting, financing and restructuring needs, add-on acquisitions and exit transactions. In addition, while at Sun Capital, Brian served on the public company Boards of Directors of Accuride Corporation (NYSE: ACW) and Gordmans Stores, Inc. (Nasdaq: GMAN).
Prior to Sun Capital, Brian was a Vice President in the Corporate Finance group at Stephens, Inc., where he led a number of capital raising and merger & acquisition transactions. Prior to Stephens, Inc., Brian served as a Vice President with the investment banking group at Bear, Stearns & Co. Inc., and as Manager of Corporate Development with AutoNation, Inc.
Brian received a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration, cum laude, with dual majors in Economics and Finance from Creighton University's Heider College of Business.

Craig is a founder of Harbor Beach Capital. Craig is an experienced entrepreneur, having previously started a number of successful businesses, including Farlie Turner & Co., a Fort Lauderdale-based investment bank at which he is still an active Partner and Managing Director. Craig's career includes time spent working for large corporations, as well as smaller, more entrepreneurial efforts. The Companies he has worked at include NYSE-listed Republic Services, Blockbuster Entertainment, and PaineWebber Incorporated, as well as PrintSource USA, which Craig co-founded and at which he served as Chief Executive Officer, eventually building the company into a multi-state operation employing over 600 people. He has extensive experience buying and selling companies, both for his own entities, as well as for others, including time spent at Huizenga Holdings, a private investment company based in South Florida.
Craig received an A.B. magna cum laude from Princeton University and a Masters in Business Administration from the University of Pennsylvania's Wharton School of Business.
Mike is a founder of Harbor Beach Capital. He has spent over two decades working exclusively with middle market companies across a wide range of industries either as a transaction advisor or an investor. Prior to Harbor Beach Capital, Mike co-founded Farlie Turner & Co., a Fort Lauderdale-based investment bank at which he is still an active Partner and Managing Director. Prior to the formation of Farlie Turner, Mike was a Principal with Brockway Moran & Partners, a private equity firm focused on investing in growth-oriented middle market companies. While at Brockway, Mike evaluated investment opportunities, led due diligence and negotiations for new investments and managed portfolio companies post-transaction to help drive equity value.
Prior to Brockway Moran & Partners, Mike was a Vice President with Bowles Hollowell Conner & Co., the mergers and acquisition division of First Union Securities. At Bowles Hollowell, Mike advised on numerous transactions, including exclusive sale assignments, buyside advisory, private placements, and various strategic advisory assignments.
Mike received a B.A. in Economics from the University of North Carolina, Chapel Hill and a Masters in Business Administration from the University of Pennsylvania's Wharton School of Business.
Erik is a founder of Harbor Beach Capital. He has spent over 25 years advising companies across a variety of industries including oil & gas services, industrial distribution, food & beverage, specialty packaging, branded consumer products, consumer retail, transportation and health care. Prior to founding Harbor Beach Capital, Erik joined Farlie Turner & Co., a Fort Lauderdale-based investment bank at which he is still an active Partner and Managing Director. Prior to joining Farlie Turner, Erik was a Partner and Managing Director of Aquetong Capital Advisors, an investment bank offering advisory services to closely-held, middle market companies.
Erik started his investment banking career at Goldsmith Agio Helms, now Lazard Middle Market, where he was a Director in their New York office. After Goldsmith Agio Helms, Erik joined the Steven Goldsmith Group as a Partner and Managing Director.
Erik received a B.A. in Political Science from New York University, and a JD from the Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law. Erik is a member in good standing of the State of New York Bar.
